04. Crisis situations

The fourth autumn workshop is focused on possible crisis situations and not only those that arise on the trip itself, but that may arise before the trip.

What is difficult for someone and considered a crisis may be a mere new experience for another, or conversely something they have already experienced. We will look at how to deal with such a crisis and how to ensure that we cope better in the future.
