06. Conflict management
The sixth workshop will take us to the topic of conflict management.
We will look at how to be assertive in an argument, not aggressive or passive. We will learn the basics of assertive behavior and related techniques that can help us find common ground and use a challenging situation to our advantage.
Last but not least, we will practice giving feedback that is useful for every moment.
